‘Little Sprouts Early Learning Centre' -

A couple of exciting opportunities exist at 'Little Sprouts'! We require two Educators for two different age groups. One Educator for our Butterfly room (Toddlers 15 months to 2 years) and one Educator for our Beehive room (2 - 3 years) at our Camp Flat Road Centre. It is a full-time position (9 day fortnight). Both our Butterfly and Beehive rooms have a strong support team with many years of professional experience. We are looking to fill the role, asap and look forward to the right person to join our friendly, positive, professional Educators.

Our purpose at 'Little Sprouts' is to make a positive impact on children's lives. We put children's safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. We endeavour to create nurturing spaces where children have the opportunity to explore, grow, learn and play. So, you and your team will create a safe, engaging and supportive play-based learning environment for children, their families and the wider community.

The successful candidate will be receiving the ECEC workers retention grant so, Educators will be paid above award plus the 10% industry pay rise. Renumeration will be approximately $30-$35 p/h depending on qualifications and experience.

The Centre is purpose built, family owned, outstandingly resourced, set in beautiful surrounds and located in the Parklakes Estate, Bli Bli, Sunshine Coast, QLD. We have weekly Bush Kindy programs in the Centre. There is the opportunity to use our 6-seater toddler pram to explore the local community!

The Educator's We Seek -

‘Little Sprouts' is seeking a qualified Educator/s (or almost completed their Certificate) or someone who is willing to begin a Traineeship to work with the 15 month - 2 year olds and an Educator to work with our 2 - 3 year olds. We will also support the right person to begin an Apprenticeship to complete their Diploma. We endeavour to offer the best education and care for our children at 'Little Sprouts'. We seek Educators who have a sense of curiosity, fun and a great work ethic!

The Ideal Candidates Will Hold -

Certificate III in Children's Services (or almost completed their Certificate)

strong knowledge and understanding of EYLF and NQS

hold a current Paid Blue Card

Child Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
