Capital Industry Group Pty Ltd is growing! With multiple projects successfully secured, we’re excited to expand our Civil Reinstatement team. We’re seeking skilled and dependable Concreters with a strong background in council-type works, concrete reinstatement, road construction, and maintenance. For the right candidates, there’s room to grow .

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of concrete experience.

Strong ability to:

Screed.

Work with Kerb and Channel, Crossovers, and Footpaths.

Deliver a high-quality concrete finish.

Capable of working independently.

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

OH&S Induction Card (White Card) – Essential.

Strong communication skills.

Experience with small machinery (e.g., concrete saws, hand tools).

Commitment to following OHS Policies and Procedures.

Manual Driver's License (Australian) – Essential.

First Aid

Advantageous Skills:

➕ MR/HR Truck License (manual)
➕ Excavator operator experience

➕ Tickets for Electrical Spotter
➕ Traffic Controller
