Sign Maker/Installer

Signature Signs has been manufacturing and installing signage for clients across Rockhampton and the CQ region for 37 years. We are a family run business with a strong focus on the professional development and personal growth of our highly valued staff who make up our talented team.

We currently have multiple vacancies for individuals to join our expanding team. We are seeking experienced and trainee sign makers/installers to assist with our increasing workload and client base.

Role 1: Experienced sign makers/installers with a proven background in the sign industry.

Role 2: Trainee sign maker/installer. No experience is required as full training and support will be provided.

The role includes:

Fabrication, assembly and installation of a wide variety of signage including, digital screens, illuminated signs, banners and decals.

Preparation and application of vehicle wraps, paint protection film, custom graphics, and decals.

Installation of signage to a variety of applications including but not limited to:

Vehicles

shop fronts

Windows

Pylons

Billboards

Coordinating with the design team, conducting surveys and ensuring accuracy and high standards across all projects.

Communicating with customers and team members.

We seek a reliable, punctual, physically fit, dedicated individuals who are able to work well with others and are committed to learning new skills. Prior experience in the sign making industry would be advantageous, however full training and support will be provided to all successful applicants.

Our ideal candidate would hold, or be prepared to acquire a white card, working at heights permit and a valid driving license.
