Hey Hospo Folks!

I hope you've all weathered the winter, or sought sunnier skies in other parts of our great state! Summer is beckoning and a couple of positions have opened up in our Front of House team here at Bib & Tucker, to join our night crew serving high-end food, directly by the beach. The right people will get an immediate start!

We need people who can hit the ground running. I'm open to chat with people looking for bulk hours, or extra night shifts on top of work you are already getting. Weekends are essential of course, and a great attitude as well. Any skills lacking I am confident we can teach, but experience with table service and the ability to carry 3 plates or mix up a mean Negroni will definitely put you ahead of the pack! Experience behind the bar serving nice cocktails will also be looked favourably upon, your abilities to make a screwdriver not so much...

This positions will suit someone who is available now, has worked table service at a reasonably high level, is able to think on your feet, and who knows the difference between a Sauvignon Blanc and a Cabernet Sauvignon. People persons only, we're bubbly and fun and we like to have a laugh 😁
