The Role

· We are looking for a qualified Panel Beater who is:

· Experienced in vehicle body repairs and panel beating

· Skilled in using hand tools and pneumatic equipment

· Able to work with various vehicle makes and models

· Committed to producing quality workmanship

· Safety-conscious and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities

· Repair damaged vehicle panels and body components

· Straighten bent frames and panels using hydraulic jacks and pneumatic tools

· Replace damaged sections with new panels

· Prepare surfaces for painting

· Work collaboratively with spray painters and other team members

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Complete work within estimated timeframes

What We're Looking For

· Trade qualification in Panel Beating or relevant experience

· Strong knowledge of vehicle construction and repair techniques

· Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and technical documentation

· Physical fitness and manual dexterity

· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

· Team player with good communication skills
