9-day fortnight roster (76.5 hours) with a Monday–Friday work week

We shut down for 2 weeks over Christmas/New Year (annual leave + public holidays)

Fortnightly wages with 12% superannuation

Ongoing training and professional development: High Risk Work Licence, First Aid, Refrigerant Handling Licence, product/tool training

Who We’re Looking For

Motivated, resourceful, and efficient

Takes real pride in their work and keeps standards high

Respectful, accountable, and built on integrity

A qualified mechanic with proven workshop or dealership experience

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Clear communicator and solid team player

Holds a valid driver’s licence and owns their tools

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of vehicles

Carry out work with precision, speed, and care—right the first time

Communicate clearly with the service team on progress and parts

Keep your bay tidy, organised, and safe

Follow workshop systems and hit your productivity, efficiency, and quality targets
