The Opportunity - Floral Merchandiser

We’re seeking talented and enthusiastic Floral Merchandisers with a keen eye for design, a genuine passion for flowers, a natural flair for customer engagement, and exceptional customer service skills. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and love working in a dynamic retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a flexible casual position working 4–6-hour shifts over 2-3 days per week. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in:

Creating high-quality, visually stunning floral displays in-store that attract and engage customers.

Assessing customer demand and sales trends to determine the appropriate quantities of fresh flower stock to be delivered to our retail locations.

Regularly inspecting floral inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, and identifying and removing any unsaleable or expired stock, maintaining freshness and quality.

Providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining strong relationships with store teams and customers.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in Floral Merchandising or a related field within retail stores.

Strong knowledge of various types of flowers, their care requirements, and seasonal availability.

Physically fit and able to lift up to 15 kgs.

Proven ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional customer service skills with great communication abilities.

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.

Please note: A current clean Australian Driver's Licence and own reliable car is essential for this position.
