The position is focused on managing the Townsville HHS car parking portfolio in accordance with the Queensland Health Statewide Hospital Car Parking Framework and will include the planning and commercial performance management of current and future facilities in accordance with the Government Portfolio Model and the Townsville HHS Master Plan.

- Salary range: $4651.70 to $4982.80 p.f. (AO6)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
About your opportunity
The role is responsible to plan and operationally manage all Townsville HHS public and staff car parks and supporting infrastructure. The role is expected to manage the operational, financial and reporting requirements throughout the construction and delivery of the Department of Health, Health Capital Division $530M Townsville University Hospital Expansion Stage 1 project (2023-26) and any future Department of Health multi-storey car park project.
Requirements:
- Whilst not mandatory, previous experience or qualifications in project management, and/or business process development in the public sector is desirable.
- Licence to Operate Vehicle: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
- Probation period may apply.
