Storeperson

• Permanent role - $31 per hour
• Full PPE and BBQ Lunch every 2nd Friday provided
• Day shift hours - rotating between 6am and 830am starts

The Company
Our client, based in Murarrie, is an Australian company operating across more than 20 branches in Australia and New Zealand. With over 55 years of experience in the electrical and engineering industries, they specialise in motor control, power distribution, and automation systems. Their Murarrie site is a key distribution and warehousing hub supporting nationwide operations.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners; palletise stock for dispatch
• Receive and dispatch goods, including completing relevant documentation
• Perform inventory control and general warehouse housekeeping
• Operate mobile plant equipment and assist with manual handling, including container unloading
• Counterbalance forklift operation (approx. 20% of role)

To be successful, you will need to have:

• Solid background in warehousing, including RF pick packing
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a small, friendly, and supportive team (up to 7 staff)
• A valid LF forklift licence - counterbalance experience preferred. High-reach experience is a bonus but not essential; training will be provided if needed.
• Physically fit and comfortable walking up to 12km per day - due to the size of the facility and nature of the role, there is a high level of daily movement required

Hours & Pay Rate:

Rotating between the following shifts, every 3wks:
6am till 2pm
730am till 330pm
8am till 4pm
830am till 430pm

Permanent - $31 p/hr + Super - Paid Monthly
