We are seeking a motivated Inventory & Stockflow Supervisor to oversee warehouse inventory operations and support the smooth running of stock movement across our site.

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this hands-on role will supervise inventory control and daily stockflow activities across the warehouse. You’ll be responsible for accuracy, efficiency, and supporting a small team to meet daily operational and safety standards. Total Package (inc. super): $75,600 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily stock movements, ensuring correct processes (FIFO, replenishment, stock rotation).

Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP and warehouse systems.

Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes, investigating and reconciling discrepancies.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams on stock planning and flow.

Monitor stock KPIs (turnover, ageing, stockouts) and report to management.

Ensure WHS compliance for all storage, labelling, and stock handling.

Provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse team members.

Assist in planning for container unloading and seasonal stock management.

Act as a key point of contact for stock-related queries.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management.

Forklift licence (essential).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Clear communication skills across all levels.

Ability to lead, supervise and train team members.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in inventory systems.
