We are seeking a Maintenance Leading Hand to assist us to maintain our fleet at a new project. DIDO to Nyngan, accommodation and meals provided.

Responsibilities include

• Lead and support machine maintenance activities across site
• Carry out planned, unplanned & corrective maintenance tasks
• Ensure maintenance work meets safety, time, and cost targets
• Inspect equipment and raise work orders for defects
• Promote a proactive safety culture within the crew
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams

Requirements

• Trade qualified with post-trade experience (Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter or Plant Mechanic)
• Proven experience as a Leading Hand or acting in a leadership capacity
• Drivers licence
• Experience with Caterpillar heavy earth moving equipment and knowledge of SIS and ET.
