About the Role

We are seeking an experienced plumber to join our small team at Cooly Plumbing. This role combines hands-on plumbing work with customer service and quoting responsibilities.

You will be responsible for attending customer sites, diagnosing plumbing issues, providing clear and professional solutions, quoting jobs, and securing approvals on the spot. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients will be key to your success in this role.

You’ll work across residential and light commercial projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship while also identifying opportunities to add value for customers. This is a great opportunity for a motivated plumber who enjoys both the technical and interpersonal sides of the job.

About You

Registered Plumber with proven experience

Strong background in residential maintenance plumbing

Skilled in installations and upgrade work

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confident in recommending solutions and closing sales

Previous experience in sales, upselling, or customer relationship building (training provided for the right candidate)

Reliable, motivated, and results-driven

Current driver’s licence

Must have full Australian work rights
