JMG are looking for an experience Building Services Drafter to join our Building Services Group in our Launceston office. A proudly 100% Tasmanian owned and managed engineering company, we have been servicing the Tasmanian construction and infrastructure market for over 60 years. JMG is a multidisciplinary consulting engineer practice operating in public and private sectors with councils, government departments, authorities, architects, project managers, and property owners to facilitate a wide range of exciting projects. The Person

·Highly experienced and capable candidates are preferred, however less experienced candidates with motivation to contribute, learn, and take opportunities to develop their career in Building Services Drafting are also positively encouraged to apply.

·Experience in drafting for a Building Services consultancy including Electrical, Hydraulics or Mechanical disciplines

·Diploma qualification in relevant discipline or Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting preferred.

· AutoCAD and Revit MEP design/drafting expertise highly rated

·Team player

·Client relationship and business development skills.

The Position

·A key member of JMG’s Building Services drafting/design team

·Draft across multiple and varied project teams at any one time

·Projects are many and varied, large and small, including commercial offices, retail, tourism, hospitals, health care, aged care, recreational, institutional, industrial, infrastructure

·Clients include private developers, Government agencies, builders, building owners, architects and project managers

·Training encouraged and provided

·Flexible working arrangements.
