Our Client is one of Melbourne's leading property developers. They have been in operation for over 20 years delivering mid-to-large value industrial projects in Melbourne's outer suburbs

They have secured several major parcels of land in the Northern, South-Eastern & Western suburbs that they are looking to add an experienced civils Project Manager to join the business.

This role will be focused predominantly on the civils scope of works, managing the civils package of works. This included taking control engaging design, obtaining permits and approvals, town planning, engaging civil consultancies and contractors, then managing through project delivery.

To be considered for this role, you’ll ideally have the following experience:

• Degree qualified engineer
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering civil land development/ industrial projects
• Prior experience managing the design and approvals process, dealing with town planning, obtaining permits, engaging superintendent and contractor.

In return the successful candidate will receive a salary ranging from $180,000 - $240,000 total package depending on previous experience and a long-term opportunity with one of the best employers in the Industry.
