Roof Force is a Perth based business with over 15 years experience in the industry, providing high quality residential and commercial roofing throughout Western Australia. We are experiencing continued growth and are looking for motivated, proactive, and experienced Roof Plumbers to join our team on a fixed term basis (full time hours).

As a proactive team player and skilled tradesperson, your work will be executed and delivered in a professional, quality and timely manner while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Production

Install and repair roof plumbing systems, including gutters, downpipes, and flashings.

Inspect roofs to identify leaks, cracks, or other issues, and provide recommendations for repairs.

Measure, cut, and shape metal components to fit specific roofing requirements.

Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used.

2. Safety and Risk Mitigation

Demonstrate knowledge of relevant on-site WHS requirements and adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to minimize the risks of accidents or injuries.

Maintain a proactive approach towards safety of self and others in the construction environment with the capacity to identify and/or report any potential risks to the respective supervisors.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively and respectfully with all clients.

Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Uphold Roof Force reputation through positive interactions with all internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience with delivering roof plumbing services in a residential, maintenance or commercial environment.

Relevant Trade qualification pertaining to Roof Plumbing (Cert III in Roof Plumbing or similar).

An appropriate Drivers License.

Construction White Card.
