We require the following qualifications to be held by our team members:

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor qualifications

Minimum 12 months experience

Current Blue Card

Current First Aid and CPR – desirable

An understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations, and the Assessment and Rating Process.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Remuneration:

$90,000 - $110,0000 + super to start plus annual reviews

$2500-$5000 relocation allowance to Mount Isa (if applicable)

2 x weeks paid accommodation assistance (if applicable)

Discretionary bonus structure after 12 months of employment
