The Opportunity:

In this role, will be dealing with high value B2B accounts, optimising cash flow and minimizing bad debt. Prior experience in a high-level collections role is essential!

  • Collecting on invoices minimum 7 days overdue
  • Completing credit checks
  • Speaking with liquidators or companies going through de-registration
  • Skip tracing and financial report writing
  • Processing direct debits
  • Making referrals for legal action

This is a credit collections role with a combination of inbound and outbound calls as well as emails. Please note these are highly complex calls and not a is not a high volume role.

About you:

  • Collections experience is essential
  • Intermediate Excel experience
  • Ability to use multiple systems and screens
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • A positive and resilient attitude
