Location: Sydney (Hybrid)
Package: $200k–$230k base + super + commissions (OTE well beyond $350k)

The Role
Reporting directly to the VP, you will own the growth agenda across Australia , leading a business already exceeding $40M with responsibility for a 40+ member team. This is a high-visibility role where success means both leading from the front and winning at scale:
- Set and execute an ambitious sales strategy across public and private sectors.
- Win and grow large, complex tenders that reshape industries.
- Build, coach, and inspire a team with a true hunter mindset and relentless drive for execution.
- Shape the sales organisation’s structure, incentives, and talent pipeline to deliver sustained growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, technical, and marketing leaders to expand solutions in ESG, sustainability, digital learning, and SaaS.
- Operate at the highest levels, from boardrooms to government, delivering long-term customer outcomes and strategic partnerships.
About You

- Proven ability to hit and exceed multimillion-dollar sales targets.
- Strategic yet hands-on, you can craft the vision and close the deal.

- Gravitas to engage at C-suite and government level with exceptional influence and stakeholder management.
- Advantageous: familiarity with certification standards (ISO, food safety), regulatory and compliance landscapes, or CRM-driven enterprise sales.
