2 x Permanent Part-time (0.5 FTE - 17.5 hours per week)
1 x Permanent Part-time (0.4 FTE - 14 hours per week)
Package Range: $108,057 - $128,149. Package includes salary ($95,630 - $113,411) employer's superannuation and annual leave loading paid pro rata (salary offered will be based on experience).

About the role
We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Early Childhood Education and Care students by joining our team of teachers for the following opportunities:
- 1 x Permanent Part-time (0.5 FTE - 17.5 hours per week) - Grafton Campus
- 1 x Permanent Part-time (0.5 FTE - 17.5 hours per week) - Port Macquarie Campus
- 1 x Permanent Part-time (0.4 FTE - 14 hours per week) - Ourimbah Campus

Essential Requirements:
- Have appropriate subject knowledge, skills and vocational qualifications with a Bachelor of Education – Early Childhood (preferred) or a Diploma of Teaching Early Childhood or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training (see the candidate support document (here) for details ) OR a willingness to undertake our full time 14 week 'Paid to Learn' course
- Have a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
Highly regarded but not essential:
- NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation.
This is a targeted recruitment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders in accordance with Rule 26 of the Government Sector Employment (General) Rules 2014 - Employment of eligible persons. As such, preference will be given to candidates who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. If no suitable candidate is found, other applications may also be considered. Aboriginal candidates selected for an interview will be required to provide “Confirmation of Aboriginality” documentation at or before interview.
Paid to Learn: for candidates who do not hold an appropriate VET teaching qualification or equivalent, you have the option to be paid to learn as you transition from industry to teaching with guaranteed work following successful completion of the 14 weeks Training and Assessment course. Those who already hold the appropriate teaching qualification or equivalent are still eligible to apply.
