Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III) – Whitfield Community Child Care Centre

Managed by the not-for-profit North East Regional Pre School Association (NERPSA), the centre provides a welcoming, inclusive, and play-based environment where children can thrive.

The Role

• Assist in delivering inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate programs for children
• Support each child’s wellbeing, learning, and individual journey through play-based education
• Work closely with the Early Childhood Teacher, families, and a supportive team of educators
• Contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and culturally inclusive environment for all children
• Be part of a not-for-profit service with a strong commitment to community and child safety

Role Requirements

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Working with Children Check
• National Police Check
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
