High-Performing Air Conditioning Technician Wanted!

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Air Conditioning Technician who’s ready to move beyond day-to-day installs and step into a client-facing, sales-focused service role.

✅ Your Role:
You’ll be the go-to expert for testing, fault-finding, and diagnosing issues on split systems and ducted air conditioning systems. This role is perfect for high performers who thrive on delivering tailored solutions, building trust with customers, and generating sales opportunities through exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong air conditioning service and fault-finding experience (split & ducted systems)

Qualified as either:

Electrician with Cert II in Split Systems or

Refrigeration Mechanic

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confidence in advising clients on repairs, replacements & upgrades

A focus on outcomes, performance, and delivering value
