EastCoast HR Group
Posted 14 days ago
THE ROLE
Our Housing Officers (or Tenancy or Property Managers) provide support to all customers of Regional Housing and have the opportunity to work alongside our well-equipped and experienced team and support partners to offer crisis, social and affordable housing options to families and singles across regional Queensland.
Our goal is to identify the right type of housing for the needs of our families and singles and support them to be successful in their tenancy, whether that be through general education or by way of referral to a third party such as another not-for-profit agency primarily funded for support or QSTARS. We recognise the impact it can have on a person or their family to feel stable and secure, to know their local neighbourhood and to feel connected with their community.
You will demonstrate compassion, empathy, fair and accountable behaviour and we will encourage innovation and individualised solutions.
You will share your successes and we will support your challenges, and together contribute to an enviable workplace culture that appreciates every employee, regardless of their position.
This role is a fulltime position with the option to join an RDO roster, working 76 hours across a nine day fortnight.
OUR ORGANISATION

At Regional Housing we recognise that we operate in a diverse community and welcome and encourage applications from all ages and genders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse groups, the LGBTIQ+ community, veterans, refugees and people with disabilities.
