Key Responsibilities:

Oversee team and perform cleaning duties across designated areas, ensuring all tasks meet clients requirements and company standards.

Clear communication with team members and clients

Training and developing team when required

Have fun and motivate team

Work within a team conducting bond cleans100% accuracy with client cleaning requirements and checks for clean completion

Using cleaning tools and products in a property with accuracy and care

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly

Understanding the importance of perfect clean

Building rapport with clients

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cleaning, leadership experience preferred but not necessary.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Extremely high-level time management skills

Ability motivate team members.

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
