We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant based at our Brendale store, with the flexibility to work across other locations when needed.

Your roles would include:

Helping customers choose the right equipment

Assisting with all enquiries (online and on the phone)

Customer service

Administrative duties

Visual Merchandising

Utilising inventory management software

Attributes we are looking for include:

Excellent communication both written and verbal.

Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

Basic knowledge of Fitness Equipment, Eg: Has been to the gym before.

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously & Adaptive to learning new skills.

Previous experience in customer service and sales (retail) is required. By sales, we mean instore over the phone any role you have done before where it involved selling goods and services to customers.

Have previous warehouse experience. (Not essential)

Drivers Licence (Manual preferred but not essential)
