About the role

As an Oral Health Therapist at Diamond Smiles Dental, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care to our patients. Working within our modern and patient-focused dental practice in Carramar, WA, you will be responsible for a wide range of dental procedures and treatments. What you'll be doing

Performing oral examinations, dental cleanings, and scaling procedures

Providing preventative dental care, including the application of sealants and fluoride treatments

Administering local anaesthesia and basic restorative treatments, such as fillings

Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative measures

Collaborating with the dental team to develop and implement individualised treatment plans

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Actively participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

Registered Oral Health Therapist with a minimum of 1 years' experience

Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to put patients at ease

Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage a diverse caseload

Proficient in the use of dental equipment and technologies

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Up-to-date knowledge of dental regulations, policies, and best practices
