Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented DJI Dock 3 Station Assembly Technician to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and commissioning of DJI Dock 3 systems, ensuring adherence to strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. This role requires demonstrated mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality assurance, and a high degree of professionalism in client-facing environments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assemble, configure, and install DJI Dock 3 stations in accordance with manufacturer specifications, engineering guidelines, and company standards.

Conduct comprehensive inspections, quality assurance checks, and compliance verifications prior to deployment.

Accurately document assembly processes, inspection records, and field service reports.

Provide structured feedback to engineering and quality teams for continuous improvement.

Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective action for mechanical and integration issues.

Ensure all work complies with occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Represent the company with professionalism on client sites, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

Certificate, trade qualification, or equivalent experience in mechanical assembly, mechatronics, or related technical discipline.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and proven experience in assembly or installation roles within a technical or industrial setting.

Experience in quality control, inspection, and compliance reporting.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work to strict project deadlines.

Professional communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.

Current driver’s license with flexibility to travel to client sites as required.

Desirable Competencies

Experience with drones, robotics, automation, or precision equipment.

Knowledge of electrical systems, cabling, or IT/network integration.

Familiarity with DJI products and unmanned aerial system (UAS) technologies.
