About The Positions
We are looking for multiple experienced SMSF accountants to join our expanding business. These full-time positions will attract someone wanting a degree of autonomy and responsibility, who is keen to showcase their skills and experience to deliver consistent high-quality service to a diverse client base.
You like to use technology and readily embrace it to deliver superior services to clients and funds alike. Our in-house developed technologies are industry leading, add to your efficiency and remove some of the repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the ongoing processing and administration of assigned SMSFs with the offshore team
Preparation of SMSF financial statements, annual returns, activity statements and transfer balance account reporting
Review of work prepared by the offshore team
Liaise with financial advisers and clients to prepare or obtain appropriate supporting documents
Attend to queries and requests from financial advisers, clients and other stakeholders
Liaise with auditor, ATO, financial institutions and key stakeholders
Provide guidance and direction to junior and offshore team members
Monitor and manage data feeds into administration software
Contribute to business improvement initiatives as required
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess
Accounting or business-related tertiary qualification
Minimum 3 years experience in SMSF administration is preferred
Proficiency in Class Super, BGL SF 360, and MS Office is highly regarded
Excellent attention to details and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving/analytical ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Positive & flexible attitude and willingness to learn
