At Village Therapy, our core purpose is "To create a dynamic team of professionals, who make life better for our clients". We put our team first, so that they can put our clients first. We are looking for paediatric clinicians to support and enhance the excellent work already being done by our team of 8 OTs and 12 SPs . We all work together in one big clinic, so you have daily access to a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners and plenty of opportunities to learn by observing others (as well as in our formal PD programs.) We are currently seeking 2 graduate OTs to take up the final places in our 2026 Graduate Program.

We are industry leaders in our commitment to neurodiversity affirming practice for both our clients and our team. This informs all of the work we do and the way we operate as a clinic. A number of our team are neurodivergent, including management, clinicians and admin. We are serious about creating the most accepting and authentic workplace we can for all of our team.

We are a multidisciplinary clinic 40 minutes north of Melbourne (an easy drive against the traffic!) Our caseload spans from infancy to young adults. We know it takes a Village to raise a child. And we are a clinic that is run by clinicians - our leadership decisions are made by people who understand and respect the clinical and ethical boundaries of our team.
