About the role

TLC Haulage is seeking an experienced Metropolitan HC Driver to join our team for a full-time night shift role based in Osborne Park, WA. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods within the metro area, playing a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Operate heavy commercial vehicles (HC class) to transport live poultry from the outer metropolitan area to Osborne Park

Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, prioritising the safety of yourself, your cargo, and other road users

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness

Maintain accurate record-keeping, including logbooks and delivery documentation

Liaise with operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

Support the broader logistics team as needed, including washing and cleaning of vehicles

What we're looking for

A current and valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence

Minimum 2 years' experience driving heavy commercial vehicles in a metropolitan environment

Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
