We’re a small, family-owned electrical company based in the Canberra/NSW region, looking to welcome an experienced Excavator Operator to our team.

You’ll be responsible for operating excavators (5T–8T) to support a variety of electrical and minor civil works projects. Tasks will include:

Electrical trenching and backfilling

Site preparation and clean up

Minor civil works

Operating machinery in varied site conditions

Maintaining safe work practices at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating excavators (5T–8T)

Experience using GPS systems or willingness to learn

Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a small team

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Flexibility to work across various sites around Canberra and regional NSW

HR licence preferred, but not essential, however must be willing to obtain.
