Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Hopetoun campus

Latitude Recruitment is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join the Rural Northwest Health team as a clinical and professional role model. In this role, you will set and uphold high standards of evidence-based nursing practice, supporting and guiding the team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

As a key member of the leadership team, the ANUM brings advanced clinical knowledge and strong decision-making skills to ensure the effective management and delivery of nursing services.

This is a full-time role based at the Hopetoun campus.

About You:

Strong time management and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Extensive experience in a similar role

Sound understanding of relevant accreditation and funding systems, with demonstrated ability to manage a continuous improvement portfolio

A thorough understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards

Current influenza (flu) vaccination

Current Police Clearance, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
