Requirements:

You are a final-year Speech Pathology student.

You can work from our Bendigo office.

You thrive in a supportive, and close-knit team environment.

You embrace a learning mindset and prioritise continuous development.

You possess an NDISWC / WWCC (or are willing to apply).

You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.

About the role:

You will join your local team for approximately 1 day/week. While no two days will look the same, the types of activities you’ll complete include:

Shadow experienced clinicians.

Support the delivery of therapy under the supervision and mentorship of qualified professionals.

Participate in team meetings and collaborative case discussions.

Provide valuable administrative support to help the local team operate efficiently.

Develop clinical resources that enhance therapy delivery and client outcomes.

Undertake research tasks to support evidence-based practice and service improvement.
