What We're Looking For

Trade-qualified chefs (Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent), with minimum 5 years' experience.

Ability to commit to 38+ hours per week for extended placements.

Minimum commitment of 2-4 weeks required for placements.

Flexible, reliable and comfortable working in new environments.

Strong food safety and kitchen standards.

Food safety certification required.

A positive, professional attitude and team focus.

Australian work rights required.

Must be willing to travel Australia-wide for placements.
