HSF Group Pty Ltd is a well-established commercial and residential building company operating across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. We specialize in high-quality commercial construction, renovations, fit-out projects and Insurance Repairs, delivering exceptional workmanship for our clients.

Due to ongoing growth and upcoming projects, we are seeking experienced Setters, Framers, Leading hands and Trade assistant to join our skilled team.

About the Role:

We are looking for reliable and experienced tradespeople who take pride in their work and can deliver high-quality results on time and within project specifications. You will work across a variety of commercial and residential projects, including office fit-outs, retail spaces, schools, and residential works.

Key Responsibilities:

Fixing and framing for commercial and residential projects

Plastering, including setting, installing beads and trims, and finishing to a high standard

Reading and interpreting construction plans

Working efficiently to meet deadlines and project requirements

Coordinating with site managers, trades, and suppliers

Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in setting, framing, and/or plastering
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
✔ Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
✔ Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
✔ White Card and all necessary tools for the trade
✔ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
