Head of Marketing / Brand & Growth Lead

Help build one of Australia’s most exciting health brands for men.

We’re HIGHR Health — a digital health clinic focussed on performance, proactive and longevity medicine and we are building a better way to better health, for men.

We combine cutting-edge diagnostics, bespoke longevity protocols, and a brand-first experience to help men be at their best in body, mind and life.

Preparing to officially launch in early 2025, we’re searching for our first marketing leader: a rare blend of creative director + marketing manager who can turn vision and brand strategy into content, campaigns, and growth.

You will be integral in our go to market campaign and the subsequent launch, scale and growth of the business.

If you have ambition to be a CMO one day this is a career-making opportunity to build something from the ground up — with ownership, creative freedom, and direct access to the founder.

About the Role

This is not a standard marketing manager role.

We need someone who:

Gets the brand, our vision and knows how to amplify it intuitively

Can take a founder’s raw ideas and translate them into viral content, sharp campaigns, and structured execution

Is autonomous and hands-on — comfortable strategising and doing the doing.

Understands the power of organic social media (especially Instagram) and knows how to create share-worthy moments.

Can keep a tight pipeline of content, campaigns, and partnerships moving without the founder being the bottleneck.

You will:

Build an iconic health-tech brand that raises the standard of men’s health in Australia.

Shape the founder’s personal brand and amplify his voice across channels to align with strategic goals.

Create viral organic social content (reels, carousels, stories, posts) that build out our social channels Instagram.

Understand performance marketing and be able to liase with/manage media buyers and agency

Plan, organise, and execute shoots; oversee editing/branding; and deliver finished content ready to go.

Write punchy, persuasive copy (social, email, landing pages).

Manage our EDM’s - ensuring they are on brand and producing outcomes

Be able to analyse metrics, determine what is working and build this into broader strategy

Build and manage influencer partnerships and PR opportunities.

Help shape the customer journey so every touchpoint feels premium and aligned.

Have an understanding of traditional marketing like PR, Activations and local area partnerships

You’ll start with

An established social media following and share worthy brand & founder story to build upon

An email database full of ideal customers

A contracted content creator for shoots and editing

A developed brand and marketing strategy from best in class agencies/partners

Marketing budget to make things happen

An exec team that truly values the marketing department and it's mission critical function

Must-Haves

Proven track record growing organic social (especially Instagram).

Ability to work autonomously and move projects forward (with clear direction and support)

Strong creative instincts with an eye for basic design/editing (Canva, caput, etc)

Excellent writing skills — short-form copy which brings life to the brand that connects and converts.

Obsession with marketing, brand, and culture trends — you get it and you know what gets people engaged today.

Ability to spot marketable moments and turn them into content instantly.

Comfortable bridging creative direction and execution.

A natural affinity for luxe, aspirational brands and CX

This is NOT for you if:

Marketing is “just a job” … the successful candidate has ambition to really expand their career and future

You can’t show results or a deep understanding of organic social growth.

You’re not obsessed with creating content that makes people stop and share.

REMUNERATION & CAREER TRAJECTORY:

We are in the business of everyone on the team being rewarded for outstanding performance. This role will have realistic performance based bonuses built into the role from day one

The ideal candidate will grow with the role and build out their own marketing team over time, with salary, responsibility and scope also growing in unison.
