About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker with E4 Healthcare, you’ll support residents with their everyday needs, promote independence, and deliver person-centred care in residential aged care settings. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a range of facilities, giving you variety and flexibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering hands-on personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting residents with mobility and daily routines
• Reporting health or wellbeing concerns to clinical staff
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining accurate care documentation and records
• Working as part of a supportive team of nurses and care staff

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months experience in aged care (facility or community setting)
• Empathetic, reliable, and professional attitude
• Adaptability to different care environments and team cultures
• Current Police Check (within 12 months)
• COVID-19 (2) and flu vaccinations
