About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Membership Consultant to join our team at Anytime Fitness Woonona! As a membership consultant, you are an integral part of everything we do and are critical for member engagement and day-to-day operations of the club. You will be working with our Club Manager at Woonona, making potential and current members feel welcome the moment they step into our club, genuinely caring about our members' health and fitness journey, and maintaining + tidying the facilities.

Work Hours:

Flexibility for the right candidate - ideally seeking availability for the below days and times:

Monday: 12pm - 6pm (5.5 hours + 0.5-hour break)

Tuesday: 2pm – 6pm

Thursday: 2pm - 6pm

No Weekends!

Extra shifts and extended start/finish times may occur from time to time

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals

Build rapport and support the needs of potential and current members

Help members who have lost their groove get back into it!

Achieve KPIs and sales targets

Create a vibrant club culture

Promote the club brand and image within the local community

Ensure the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently

About You:

Proven experience in a Customer Service role

Exceptional at communicating both in writing and verbally

Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail

Able to work autonomously and in a team environment

A genuine desire for helping people along their health and wellbeing journey

Be target-driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets

A hands-on and positive "can-do" attitude

Be well presented, professional & take pride in your workplace

Friendly, outgoing personality where talking to people comes naturally

Candidate Requirements:

First Aid & CPR certificate (can be obtained on the job)

Working With Children Check (can be obtained on the job)
