The Role
We’re seeking a Graduate Hazardous Materials Consultant to join our Brisbane office. This role is hands-on and will give you exposure to all aspects of hazardous materials consulting, from site inspections and sampling through to reporting and client communication. You’ll be mentored by experienced consultants and trained in industry-standard methods for asbestos, lead, and mould assessment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out asbestos, lead, and mould surveys under supervision.

Collect bulk, dust, and air samples for laboratory analysis.

Assist with clearance inspections and hygiene monitoring on removal projects.

Draft clear, accurate technical reports for clients.

Support the delivery of projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure safe, compliant outcomes.

Undertake regional and interstate travel as required for project work.

About You

A recent graduate (or soon to graduate) in Environmental Health, Environmental Science, Occupational Hygiene, or a related discipline.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Current driver’s licence (essential).

White Card (preferred but not essential).

Willingness to travel to regional and interstate sites.
