About the Role:
Our client, based in Yatala, is seeking reliable and hands-on Production Workers to join their team. You'll be involved in the assembly and production of industrial liquid containment systems and linings, used across mining sites, service stations, and water storage facilities. This is a physically active role where you'll be working with industrial fabrics, using hand and power tools, and contributing to the quality and efficiency of the production process.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Rolling out and assembling industrial fabric
• Reading and using tape measures accurately
• Operating basic hand and power tools
• Plastic welding using heat guns
• Inspecting finished products for defects (holes, seams)
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including tasks that involve bending, lifting, and working on your hands and knees (appropriate PPE provided).
• Skilled in measuring and cutting fabric using industrial scissors.
• Experience in layout preparation and reading technical drawings.
• Proficient in using tape measures and following precise instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heat guns.
• Background in textile, upholstery, or shade sail industries is highly regarded.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
