Key Responsibilities:

Perform servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on European vehicles, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, and more.

Accurately diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.

Complete work to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, vehicle technology, and workshop processes.

Assist with customer inquiries, offering advice on vehicle care and repairs.

Requirements:

Proven experience working on European vehicles.

A trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of European car brands and their specific requirements.

Experience with diagnostic tools and modern automotive technology.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
