Forged In Steel is currently seeking a labourer specialising in structural mild steel:

Tasks involved:

Use of hand tools

Grind/buff structural steel

Select, clean and prepare metal stock.

Use horizontal band saws, hydraulic punch and shear, metal cutting - we can teach the right candidate

Paint and apply coatings to steel (No experience required)

Load & Unload trucks

Labourer:

Experience in a structural steel environment (highly advantageous)

Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Current valid unrestricted Driver's Licence, and own transport and must be able to get to work

Forklift ticket

MR/HR Licence (advantageous, though not required)

Willing to work Mon to Fri

Possess a Mechanical aptitude.

Have good attitude and be reliable.
