APG Workforce are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join the wonderful & dedicated team at the Ronald McDonald House Tamworth.

ABOUT THE ROLE Due to an increase in demand for the Tamworth based Ronald McDonald House, we are looking to employ a family focused, caring and dedicated individual to join our team in the position of Housekeeper. The ideal applicant should be diverse in their ability to work flexibly within a small team and will at times be expected to complete administrative and customer facing duties as directed by the Tamworth House operations team. Providing outstanding service and care to our families. To be successful in this position you will need to:

• Be Family Focused
• Demonstrate a high standard of cleanliness and experience working within a housekeeping or commercial cleaning role
• Possess excellent time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise varied work loads
• Ability to complete regular rostered weekend work, be flexible and responsive for occasional additional hours
• Demonstrate an intermediate level of computer literacy skills, with experience in all Microsoft programs
• Display a high level of customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with people in differing circumstances
• Ability to complete front of house and administration duties within role
• Demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and adapt to ever changing situation, both independently and as part of a team
• Be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including completing a physical functional assessment prior to commencement
• Behave with personal integrity and abide by ethical standards of honesty, loyalty and commitment in regards to self and the charity
• Understand and comply with child protection policies and practices
• Understand and comply with the safety culture and systems of Ronald McDonald House Northern NSW
• Be committed to the mission, vision and values of Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia
