The growing and dynamic Connected Cardiology team operates from our base at the Shepparton Regional Hub, providing a wide range of cardiac testing as well as outreach echo services to nearby towns. We proudly support heart health in the Goulburn Valley and surrounding areas, delivering accessible, patient-centred care with respect and compassion.

We are currently seeking a qualified Cardiac Sonographer to join our team, supporting transthoracic and stress echocardiography, and closely supported and supervised by the on-site cardiologist.

Regular work days are available on Fridays and Saturdays - although casual days/locum coverage are other potential options. We’re flexible in our approach and happy to discuss with you different ways we can together.

This role may suit a fully trained, local sonographer or someone willing to travel from farther afield (travel allowance provided). We do not offer training positions at this time.

Qualifications & experience

Completion of QUT Graduate Diploma in Cardiac Ultrasound or equivalent

ASAR accreditation

At least two years of clinical experience performing adult transthoracic echocardiograms

Able to apply a high standard of clinical reasoning in performing echo imaging

Outstanding communication skills and focus on delivering patient-centred care
