About the role:
The Commercial Account Manager (CAM) is a pivotal position tasked with exclusively managing key commercial customers and drive portfolio through their business network in a defined territory. The CAM will work in tight collaboration with customers and partners to help drive HP products. They’ll be responsible for executing the strategy and GTM approach with nominated accounts. Through close collaboration, the CAM will help drive adoption of solutions across the nominated Partners end user customer base of Enterprise, Government, Education and Mid-Market accounts.
The key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Develop aligned annual account plans for each partner/territory and manage and ensure agreed plans are implemented and executed
Manage Customer Program deployment and activation along with quarterly forecast
Implement go-to-market and sales-out strategies to grow revenue and share within nominated accounts
Be the face of building strong connections with all stakeholders
Working with the customers and identify their challenges and help to insert a compelling value proposition to address technology pain points (Solution Selling)
Build strategic relationships with BDEs /PAM’s
Leverage business relationships with ecosystem partners
About you:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated having developed strong customer relationship management skills
An established background in technology sales, ideally with an understanding of Client solutions
Have previous experience working with Enterprise with OEMs, resellers, SIs, VARs and distributors.
Demonstrated effectiveness working in a cross-matrix organization
3-5 years’ experience as a BDM or similar role (experience with dealing with distributors and MNCs looked upon favourably).
Excellent relationship management skills
Ability to identify market opportunities, develop & execute plans and execute plans
Experience in using SFDC & Power BI reports looked upon favourably
What's on offer:
An attractive remuneration, up to $168,000 base + plus commissions (OTE up to $210,000+) + superannuation + travel allowance (if required) + phone allowance + all tools of trade
Initially a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility for extension
