The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll bring enthusiasm, passion, and commitment to creating a great shopping experience. You’ll:
Welcome and assist customers to find jewellery that suits their style, needs, and budget
Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service in a busy retail environment
Process sales, returns, and payments accurately
Support with stock handling and keeping displays tidy and well presented
Work flexibly across evenings, weekends, and key trading days during the holiday season
About You
We’re looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy working as part of a supportive team. You’ll bring:
A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
Confidence in talking to people and building rapport
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
Flexibility to work across peak trading times
Previous retail or sales experience (highly regarded but not essential)
