We’re currently recruiting for two key leadership positions within established gold operations in WA. These roles are critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production outcomes while leading high-performing teams in a processing plant environment.

Opportunity:

As a result of increased work outputs, our clients are seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to join them within the next month.

Additional information includes:

• 8/6 7/7 roster D&N
• Gold site in WA
• Six-month contract with potential to go permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver the production plan by effectively scheduling and allocating work, setting priorities, monitoring progress, and resolving operational challenges.
• Provide strong frontline leadership by coaching, developing, and mentoring team members to build capability across gold processing circuits.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety standards through incident investigations, risk management, and daily pre-start meetings.
• Drive operational excellence by overseeing gold processing activities including crushing, grinding, flotation, and related plant systems.
• Support business improvement initiatives and contribute to broader site projects as directed by plant leadership.
• Address individual and team performance matters with fairness, professionalism, and focus on outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Confined Space Permit (Issuer & Holder)
• Certificate IV in Process Plant Operations
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessmen

• Proven leadership experience in a gold processing environment, ideally across wet plant operations including multi-stage crushing, heavy media separation, grinding, flotation, reagents, and filtration.
• Formal qualification in Frontline Leadership or Management.
• Current WA driver’s licence and ability to pass pre-employment medical, D&A, and police clearance.
