As Unique continues to grow, we’re preparing for an exciting HQ move from Kunda Park to a purpose-built facility in Aura (Caloundra) at the end of this year. We are looking for a passionate full-time Brand Activation Assistant to join our Commercial team, based at our Kunda Park site with the view to transition to our new facility in Aura.
About the Position
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Brand Activation Assistant plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting our Sales and Commercial teams.
This role is hands-on and based primarily in our sample room/warehouse environment, where you’ll be responsible for preparing promotional materials such as prize or sample packs, and stock for in-store activations. You’ll also support the administrative side of promotions and brand events, with an office space provided for planning and reporting tasks.
Your work helps bring our brands to life in retail environments and at consumer events, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with our sales strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate sample distribution and promotional packs
Track promotional stock, expiry dates, and usage
Attend selected events both locally and regionally throughout the year
Liaise with Sales Reps and Retailers for tastings and activations
Maintain promotional calendars and reports
Support claim back processes and internal communications
Assist with creation of hampers, goodie bags, and tester programs
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to support occasional weekend events
