The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Container Reach Stacker driver to join the team at Kwinana for a 5-month contract with a potential to extend.

7 days on - 7 days off - 7 nights on - 7 days off

About the Role:

Safely and efficiently operating heavy-lifting reach stackers.

Inspecting incoming and outgoing trains and trucks to ensure secure loading.

Communicating effectively via two-way radio with transport coordinators and supervisors.

Loading and unloading freight in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

Conducting pre-start vehicle checks to maintain safety and compliance with lifting equipment guidelines.

Complying with safety, fatigue, and heavy equipment guidelines

As a Reach Stacker driver, you will be responsible for the loading and unloading containers, stacking up to 5 containers high, upholding safety metrics to ensure containers are stacked safely and hazards are minimised across the site.

Your Skills and Experience

Maintaining a culture of inclusivity and communication within our team is crucial. The successful applicant should be a team player, also comfortable working autonomously. Additionally, have the necessary experience, hold current licenses, and be willing to contribute across the site when needed.

As the successful applicant, you will possess the following:-

Reach stacker license (CN)

Minimum of 2+ years of reach stacker operating experience

Previous experience with container movement and stacking 5 containers high

A commitment to safety standards

High attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously
