What you will need!
Forklift ticket essential
Customer service skills
Ability to engage with customers face to face and over the phone
Warehouse experience
What you will be doing
Operating forklift
Pick/packing and dispatching orders
Supporting customer's at the trade counter and over the phone
Managing incoming stock
Providing quotes, advice, and friendly service
Keeping warehouse/showroom clean and organised
Customer service
