With a strong reputation in personal injury (medical negligence, motor vehicle accident, public liability and historical abuse), this firm is seeking a passionate and driven Personal Injury Lawyer to join its dedicated team.

This role will sit within the Historical Abuse practice under the guidance of one of Asutralia's most outspoken advocates. We are looking for an emotionally intelligent, warm and hard-working lawyer (ideally with previous personal injury experience). You’ll be guided and supported in your role within a collegiate and people-focused environment, with the partners and senior lawyers providing close mentorship and guidance along the way.

This is a full-time opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact cases while growing your legal career within a firm that values justice, compassion, and integrity.

The practice has a sole focus on historical abuse matters across Australia.
Liaising effectively with clients, experts, and counsel to progress matters strategically and empathetically will be a key component in your success.

About you.

• Ideally 1-3 PQE within personal injury/civil litigation (experience with Historical Abuse matters ideal).
• High EQ and excellent communication skills.
• A proactive and organised approach to workflow.
• Demonstrated ability in assisting clients during challenging life circumstances.
